Issue Joining Network

Can you walk me through how to do that, if it’s possible

Ofcourse,
Enter this comand in command prompt

services.msc

Go down the list and look for a service called Twingate Service rc
Make sure the service is in Running status, if it is not, start it.

Sorry and thank you i fixed it , FOR EVERYONE EXPERIENCING THAT MESSAGE. DON’T RESTART YOUR PC AFTER INSTALLING IT.

I fixed it with the following steps on Windows 10

1-Created a new network, and then I was able to connect to it
2-Disconnected from the newly created network and then connected to the one I wanted

if it still doesn’t work, try resetting the network

Thank you so much, It fixed my problem.

If you have the same challenge, please follow the instructions from Abdu.
