Unable to connect to a domain even after whitelisted in Twingate

Hello team ,

I am facing a weird issue with my Twingate account . I have a domain which is whitelisted in Twingate but when i try to access, I won’t be able to reach the same.

When I Log out & Disconnect the Twingate , i am able to reach the same website . Its getting very difficult for me.

Also, When my laptop is locked for several hours and come back , I won’t be able to access /refresh even Teams/Outlook till I disconnect the Twingate.

what do you mean by a domain that is whitelisted in Twingate? there is no such concept. What are you trying to achieve / connect to?
