iOS Face ID not working

Hello,

I use to be able to use this to verify myself on my iPhone rather than using the 6-digit MFA code. Face ID no longer seems to work even though the option to use it is still showing.

Any advice most grateful.

Hi @Jason68, have you tried resetting biometrics for your user in the Admin Console?

Thanks for your reply. I have reset it but every time time it gets to the MFA screen, a get a QR code that pops asking me to scan it with a device using iOS 16 or later. I don’t have another iOS device.
