hello my name is eric, i have the google authenticator app on my phone but had to delete the link to your service and can’t login? can you please send me info on how to reconnect?
Just to be sure I understand correctly - you set up MFA for Twingate using Google Authenticator, and then removed the Twingate app from the Authenticator app, and now no longer have the ability to access Twingate because you cannot pass MFA?
If this is the case, please email me - arthur (at) twingate.com from the email address that is the admin account on your Twingate tenant and we’ll see what we can do.
i can’t really do that either, no way to login accept here? if you could send another qr code link i could snap it with the google app?
