QNAP Web interface not accessible after adding to Twingate Resources

I tried deleting the QNAP details from the Twingate resource section and restarted the Nas, laptop etc and still can’t log into the QNAP NAS?
Is there another Twingate setting that’s stopping me from being able to log into the NAS. Everything seems to be running in the background Plex server and I can access files through file explorer from laptop? I just can’t access/loginto the QNAP to update and check the system?
