Entra ID user stuck

We were testing out Twingate and were using Entra ID to authenticate.

We added a dummy account to M365 and synced the user into Twingate, we then just deleted the account in M365, but the user stayed in Twingate.

We would like to remove this because it appears like it’s using up a license.
I’m unable to just delete it out of Twingate, I’m assuming because we synced it in from Entra.

we can help but since it will require exchanging some private info, can you send a request to onboarding@twingate.com from the user registered as an Admin in your Admin Console, let us know what user to remove and what your tenant name is, please?
