I have the teams subscription and I know that there is a limit of 5 devices per user. My question is if that is active only or total devices? If I have 7 devices with TwinGate loaded but only 5 are logged in, am I still over because there is 7 total or does the count only look at logged in, active devices which would be 5 active total?
Hi @csharp2a, that’s actually a great question and something I personally haven’t tested yet! Do you have 7 devices that you can test with, if you attempted to have all of them be actively logged in?
I’m leaning towards an “active” limit of 5 and will see if I can find >5 devices lying around.
