I blocked one of my devices to disconnect it. I assumed I could just unblock it. Unfortunately it just removed it from the devices list. I then thought I could try to sign in on the device and I may get some message. It just informs me in that device that it has been blocked and to contact the admin. I am the admin and cannot find a way to unblock a blocked device.

By default, the Admin Console only shows active devices, i.e. not blocked or archived ones. You can adjust this default filter to show blocked devices and then unblock that device.
