Twingate Unable to retrieve HD encryption status (Jumpcloud)

Hi, I am using Team plan, and when the agent is collecting status of disk of MacOs disk is showing Unknown.

While I am using jumpcloud which have policy for enforcement of disk encryption. Can you please help? Thanks.

Are you using the Twingate macOS Standalone Client? The hard drive encryption posture check requires the standalone client and can’t be determined with the App Store app.

Thanks @alexb . I reinstall using standalone app and it seems to be working fine.
