We are started using Twingate since few days and its working well. However sometimes when multiple users are using the same remote network, the connectivity is slow. How can we improve this? will adding more connectors improves the performance?
Hi @saikiran17010, thanks for posting! Glad to hear Twingate is working well. Generally when users see slower connectivity during peak use we see the need to deploy more connectors. We also do recommend a minimum of two connectors deployed per remote network. Do make sure that each connector has unique tokens when provisioning as well. When multiple connectors are deployed in the same remote network, Twingate will automatically load balance across the connectors in that remote network.
