Yes you absolutely can! If the email address set up as a User inside of Twingate is linked to multiple sites then you could just choose to log in through one of the others. If you want to use a different email address entirely, just log in first, invite that new email address as a new user, and set it to an Admin user. Once you successfully log in and confirm it’s working you can choose to remove your previous account (make sure to update your Group memberships!).
